HOW TO MAKE A ROOIBOS ESPRESSO OR LATTE
Espresso - Simply put the tea leaves directly into your portafilter and extract as normal. The water will come through fairly quickly because the Rooibos leaves are much more coarse than your coffee would be, but don't worry - this is how it should be.
Latte - Make as above (espresso) but steam some milk and pour into your shot in exactly the same way you would make a normal latte.
Reusable Pods - Add your Rooibos to the refillable pods in the same way you would add your usual ground coffee and extract through your machine as normal.
