      Best Christmas Present

The experience was really excellent - we bought a Sage Barista Pro some months ago but could not make a crema on the coffee despite endless trials and adjustments. Pippa arrived one cold January morning and solved all our coffee problems within a few minutes. Pippa’s expertise and knowledge was obvious as she adjusted the burr grinder, weighed the coffee, checked the grind size and demonstrated what a perfect coffee should look like. She then tutored us in the art of tamping, espresso pulling and milk texturing - no more bad cups of coffee for us!

      A lot of fun

Luke was an excellent trainer. I spent time learning about how to get the perfect shot of coffee from my machine at home and having fun with latte art. Luke was knowledgeable about coffee and local roasters, it was a thoroughly enjoyable few hours.

Thank you for the review, Mark. We're pleased that you found the training helpful and that you continue to enjoy using your machine at home!
