Shipping Policy

Orders are sent via the Royal Mail Standard Service (2-5 working days). Orders are shipped once a week on a Monday so depending on when the order is placed, please allow at least 7-10 working days for it to arrive. Unfortunately we no longer offer a quicker service than this.


Unfortunately, we no longer offer international shipping. We made a conscious decision to reduce our carbon footprint by stopping our long-distance shipping service.


To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Maverick Coffee Co, 1 Fixcroft, Fryland Lane, Wineham, West Sussex, BN5 9BU.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
