Shipping Policy

Delivery is free of charge for all orders and is sent via the Royal Mail Standard Service (2-5 working days). For a quicker delivery, you can upgrade to Royal Mail First Class (next working day) for £5.50. This can be selected at checkout.

**Please note, Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to increased demand during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, some items are taking a little longer to arrive than normal. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days then please contact us.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer international shipping. We made a conscious decision to reduce our carbon footprint by stopping our long-distance shipping service.


To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
