Delivery is free of charge for orders over £40*. For orders under £40, delivery is £3.50 for Royal Mail Standard Service (2-5 working days) or can be upgraded to Royal Mail First Class (next working day) for £5.50.
For very small, lightweight items under 80g, delivery is £1.50 using Royal Mail Standard Service. This includes SealPod lids and replacement parts.
*Coffee orders are sent on a free Standard Delivery Service and depending on when you order, this can take up to a week to arrive with you. This is because we roast-to-order once per week.

ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day.
You can choose to have your order sent via International Standard which is an untracked service, or you can choose International Signed For which will require a signature upon delivery but is untracked. Both services can take 5-10 working days to arrive at their destination.
We highly recommend choosing a 'Signed For' service for all orders over the value of £100.00.
All UK orders qualify for free Standard Delivery shipping when the order value is £40.00 or more, which is a 3-5 day service. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Where there are VAT, import or customs charges to pay for shipping orders to international addresses from the UK, Maverick Coffee Company will not be responsible for paying these charges. The buyer is responsible for paying any VAT and import charges and this should be taken into consideration before placing an order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us over the value of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
