Managing Your Subscription

The Customer Portal

As a Maverick Coffee subscription customer, you can manage your subscription, update billing info, or see your purchase history through the Customer Portal. Your login details to the Customer Portal will be emailed to you when you initially set up your subscription. If you can't find these details, contact us and we will send them again.

Once you are logged into the Customer Portal, you can:

  • Edit next delivery date
    Example: You don't need any more coffee just yet, so you want to postpone your next shipment. Log in and you can update which day you'd like your next delivery.
  • Switch products
    Example: You may want to switch from whole beans to ground beans for your subscription. This is easy to do through the Customer Portal.
  • Add a new product
    Example: Perhaps you want to add  two types of coffee to your next subscription? You can add another product through your account.
  • Skip next delivery and future charges
    Example: If you're going on holiday, you could skip that month's delivery. 
  • Cancel subscription
    Example: If you've decided you no longer want to continue with your subscription, simply cancel your plan by logging in to your account and clicking the cancel button.
  • Change item quantity
    Example: You may decide you want two 250g bags of coffee per month instead of one. You can update quantities easily.
  • Change frequency
    If you find you're drinking more coffee than you thought you'd need, you can change how often you receive your coffee, from once a week, every two weeks, or once a month.

You can also do the following through the Customer Portal:

  • Update billing and shipping address
  • Securely update credit card information
  • View future delivery schedule
  • View past orders in purchase history section



Logging In

Your login email is the same as the one used when checking out with the subscription product. To set your password, an email is sent out once the purchase is made, this will include a link to create your account.

Cancelling a Subscription

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click the Subscriptions tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancelbutton. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

Updating Billing Information

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.

Skipping a Delivery

Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery you can click Skip to the right of each one.

Update Shipping Address

Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

You will be taken to a page where you can modify any of the fields pictured below.

Adding a Product to the Subscription

Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
